Maintain mise en place levels to ensure a seamless flow during service, with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentationContinue honing your craft to master all sections of the kitchen, expanding your expertise under the guidance of senior chefsCheck incoming goods for quality and accuracy, ensuring proper storage and actively monitoring to reduce wasteConduct daily hygiene checks and ensure all storage areas and workstations are impeccably clean and organizedPrepare dishes according to recipes and oversee the work of junior team members to maintain Roka's exceptional standardsSupport and train commis and demi chefs, fostering their growth and creating a collaborative, high-performing team What We Look ForOur ideal candidate embodies our values and brings:
