Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in developing Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing and providing unique customer relationships, primarily focused on innovation. We are seeking a Head of Growth to drive and consolidate our business expansion.
Reporting directly to our CEO, this role requires skills in sales strategy, business development, and team management. The position will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales growth and commercial development in Spain.
Main responsibilities:
1. Develop and lead sales growth strategy for Omega CRM, as part of the Omega CRM Board of Directors and owner of the Sales P&L.
2. Implement sales strategies and promote growth in local market service lines, aligning with annual business plan objectives.
3. Lead, train, motivate, and advise the sales team involved in growth initiatives.
4. Represent the company effectively, with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
5. Coordinate sales efforts to increase synergies across Merkle & Dentsu service lines, aiming to drive cross- and up-selling.
6. Collaborate with the EMEA Growth Officer and Salesforce Practice members to convert new business opportunities in EMEA.
7. Support pre-sales activities including sizing, approach, work planning, and assessment.
8. Manage relationships with Salesforce commercial and partner teams.
9. Manage assigned clients in Spain, cultivating long-lasting relationships that meet their needs and uphold the Omega promise.
10. Ensure project scope and expectations are managed effectively.
11. Drive sales projects and ensure client profitability.
12. Promote up-selling and cross-selling within assigned clients.
13. Report on sales progress and customer satisfaction to management.
14. Foster a work environment that embraces diversity and inclusivity, actively recruiting, advancing, and retaining a motivated sales team.
Required Experience:
1. Over 7 years of experience in Salesforce business development and strategic sales management roles.
2. A proven track record in securing new clients and enhancing existing client relationships.
3. Strong industry knowledge and a well-developed Salesforce network within the Spain ecosystem.
4. Authority and credibility in solution-oriented selling, respected by business and sales leaders.
5. Experience in achieving sales objectives for large organizations and managing sales teams.
6. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
