Our client, a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions with revenues exceeding USD 29 billion, is seeking a Senior Business Developer to drive commercial growth with strategic general FMCG accounts, including top-tier clients such as Procter & Gamble, Henkel, and Unilever.
Role Mission This role is responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy across key global customers, fostering long-term partnerships that combine innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.
It requires a strategic mindset, strong influence across complex matrix environments, and the ability to deliver results in a multinational context.
Key Responsibilities Lead commercial strategy and business development initiatives for global FMCG key accounts.
Identify long-term growth opportunities and develop joint business plans with strategic partners.
Build and nurture high-value relationships with senior stakeholders across client organizations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams internationally (marketing, innovation, engineering, supply chain).
Manage complex negotiations and global framework agreements.
Contribute to positioning the company as a preferred partner for next-generation packaging solutions.
Requirements Minimum 10 years' experience in business development or strategic
