We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable web applications, contributing across both backend and frontend systems.
You will leverage your expertise in modern backend technologies, distributed systems, database optimization, and software architecture principles to develop high-quality solutions that meet modern engineering standards.
The ideal candidate will also bring hands-on experience or familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and deployment practices, enabling them to contribute throughout the full software delivery lifecycle.
What Your Role Will Look Like
Full-Stack Development
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services
* Build efficient, responsive frontend components
* Contribute to end-to-end application architecture and performance improvements
Database & Performance
* Optimize and maintain relational databases for high availability and performance
* Implement caching strategies and session management solutions
* Ensure data integrity, scalability, and reliability across systems
Event-Driven Architecture
* Build and maintain distributed systems using event-driven patterns
* Implement messaging solutions for scalable communication between services
* Apply architectural patterns that ensure separation of concerns and maintainability
Code Quality & Engineering Standards
* Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following software design best practices
* Conduct code reviews and promote engineering excellence across the team
* Champion modern development standards and continuous improvement
Collaboration & Mentorship
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and stakeholders
* Mentor junior developers and support team knowledge-sharing initiatives
* Help shape technical decisions and engineering direction
DevOps & Deployment (Preferred)
* Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
* Support cloud infrastructure optimization and system reliability
* Improve observability, scalability, and release processes
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in software development with strong backend and full-stack expertise
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities
* Experience building scalable, robust, and high-performing applications
* Solid understanding of distributed systems and modern software architecture
* Strong knowledge of database design, caching, and messaging systems
* Experience applying clean code and software design principles
* Proficient in NodeJS and NestJS, with proven abilities of building scalable and robust applications
* Strong knowledge and experience working with of PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka
Nice to Have
* Experience with modern frontend frameworks
* Familiarity with containerization and xsgfvud orchestration tools
* Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and serverless services
* Exposure to search and indexing technologies
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
