The role
At Isotrol, we are looking for 1st level support and operation for SCADA systems and control centers for renewable energy generation assets.
Your key responsibilities
* Detection and resolution of incidents in the operation of SCADA control and monitoring systems.
* Report of the anomaly and the possible solution to whoever it may concern, either to the client or to N2 support in case of not being able to solve it.
* Incident management on the ticketing platform.
* Anomaly resolution follow-up.
* Work continuous 8-hour shifts, rotating between morning, afternoon and night shifts on a regular basis, covering service 24x7, 365 days a year.
Your skills and experience
* 6 months to 1 year technical support/operator experience.
* Professional training or university studies related to engineering or computer science, or last courses.
* Fluent level of spoken and written English. (minimum B2- Upper Intermediate).
* Basic knowledge of networks, databases and programming.
