Job Description: This is an opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic Industrialization Team within Operations focused on shaping the future based on innovation of our products, new technologies and way of working, state of the art product consolidation, and continuous performance improvement. Our mission in the industrialization department is to guarantee the technical and digital means needed to execute manufacturing and tests processes for Space Electronic equipment with excellence. Our way of working is built upon trust, collaboration, autonomy/accountability and flexibility. Activities are split into missions across Space business lines such as Launchers, Earth Exploration (Copernicus), Space Exploration (Artemis), and Commercial (Telecommunications Satellites). Responsibilities
* Define, specify, implement and support Industrial means according to process requirements and ergonomics standards, focusing on an spacecraft equipment automatic production line.
* Manage and monitor contractual relationships with suppliers to ensure delivery on time, on cost, and on quality for Industrial means defined with relevant collaboration across the supply chain.
* Lead industrial perspective for design for manufacturing processes in collaboration with the Engineering department.
* Define automation processes, machine programming and maintenance strategy roadmap.
* Define digitalization requirements for industrial means to be aligned with the Production tool suite.
* Lead support and troubleshooting on the shop floor at the Industrial means level.
* Challenge and improve manufacturing methods and processes and implement best practices according to Quality, Cost and Time.
* Support and lead continuous improvement according to production needs and feedback: Kaizen, PPS, defining industrial means requirements.
* Member of a multifunctional team for PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and KC analysis.
* Simulate scenarios and define the way forward for production ramp-up.

Education & Experience
* Higher Education (Bachelor or Master) related to Aeronautics, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering.
* At least 5 years of experience leading automation and programming of machine processes in Industrialization/Improvement projects (Production and Test Systems, Lean, MES, etc.).
* Digital mindset (automation of tasks, scripting, use of digital design tools and simulators).
* Knowledge of electronic manufacturing and test processes is valued.
* Language skills required: English and Spanish.
