Your Mission:
As a Junior Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads generated by our marketing efforts, driving the entire sales process from qualification to signature, and effectively demonstrating the value of our solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.
✅ What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead Engagement: Reach out to SMEs listed in your inbound lead pool to introduce SumUp products.
* Lead Management: Handle marketing-generated leads, qualify them, and guide them through the full sales cycle.
* Sales Communication: Deliver clear and engaging product demos, confidently handle objections, and address client queries.
* Pipeline Management: Keep track of all leads in our CRM (Salesforce), maintaining regular follow-up and ensuring optimal conversion.
* Reporting: Provide regular performance updates to your manager and the Head of Sales France to ensure alignment with team goals.
What We're Looking For:
* Call Experience: Prior experience in a role involving phone outreach, with a professional demeanor and ease over the phone.
* Strong Communication Skills: Native-level Spanish (spoken & written) is essential. A professional level of English is also required for internal communication and training.
* Adaptability & Problem-Solving: A fast learner who thrives in changing environments and tackles challenges analytically.
* Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a proactive, positive attitude, and a drive to meet collective goals.
* Tech Comfort: Experience with EPOS tools or systems is a plus. Proficiency in Excel is also appreciated to support data-driven decisions.
