Experteer Overview As Implementation Onboarding Manager, you will lead strategy, delivery and adoption of onboarding solutions for Amadeus Hospitality. You will manage a global, cross-functional team and own the roadmap, delivery and performance of onboarding tools. You drive faster time-to-value and scalable implementations that meet customer needs and budgets. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to continuously refine the onboarding experience and leverage automation and new tech to scale impact.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead a global cross-functional team of analysts, developers, QA and specialists
- Manage workload, capacity, performance, recruitment and ongoing team development
- Define and drive onboarding strategy and roadmap for Hospitality solutions (UDC, OPF, Blink)
- Oversee delivery, adoption and continuous improvement using agile and SAFe
- Ensure scalable, high-quality delivery aligned with customer needs, timelines and budgets
- Establish and track KPIs for visibility and performance
- Act as primary escalation point for onboarding tools, customer issues and new projects
- Build partnerships with Product, Engineering & Technology and Operations to align priorities
- Refine onboarding experience across Hospitality products, integrating automation and emerging techResponsabilidades
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in software delivery, onboarding or implementation
- Strong understanding of digital onboarding solutions, automation and emerging technologies
- Experience managing development teams, business analysis, QA, UX writing/design standards and agile delivery
- Ability to define strategy, manage roadmaps and drive tool adoption at scale
- Proficiency in English
