As a Product/Quality Assurance Engineer, you will ensure the highest quality, safety, and reliability of optomechanical instruments for critical scientific missions. You will implement and maintain ESA-aligned PA processes, manage risks, and foster a strong quality culture across multidisciplinary teams.Your main responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining PA processes in line with ESA ECSS standardsIdentifying and mitigating risks to product quality and reliabilityOverseeing supplier and subcontractor quality complianceManaging non-conformance reports, driving corrective and preventive actionsPreparing and maintaining quality documentation and reportsRepresenting PA in project reviews (NRB, IRR, TRR, PTR)Leading internal audits and supporting ESA auditsWhat will set you up for success?
