Join AXA Partners as a Senior Underwriter Travel and play a key role in setting the global standards for travel insurance, while driving the profitability and innovation of our offerings internationally
What you'll be doing:
* Define and implement underwriting and pricing guidelines for the Travel sector, ensuring their clear understanding and application worldwide.
* Analyze the performance of Travel portfolios, monitor profitability, and propose corrective actions (repricing, pruning).
* Support the underwriting of large international contracts by assessing risks, and validating prices and terms.
* Contribute to the development and simplification of Travel products and contracts within the transformation program.
* Lead the Travel underwriter community, sharing best practices and training teams to enhance their skills.
* Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Finance, Operations, Compliance) to ensure consistency and compliance of actions and processes.
What you'll bring:
* Minimum 8 years of experience in Travel insurance, underwriting, or financial analysis.
* Strong expertise in portfolio management, pricing, and negotiating complex contracts.
* Analytical, decision-making, and communication skills in English.
* Autonomy, commercial acumen, and ability to work effectively in an international team.
