La Universidad de Navarra (UNAV) es una universidad privada sin ánimo de lucro fundada en 1952 con sede en Pamplona, España. Imparte 37 titulaciones oficiales (14 de ellas dobles) y gestiona 43 programas de máster, incluidos 19 programas de doctorado, a través de 16 facultades y escuelas, 2 colegios superiores, la Escuela de Negocios IESE y sus 5 centros de investigación integrales: CCUN (Centro Oncológico Clínica Universidad de Navarra), BIOMA (Instituto de Biodiversidad y Medio Ambiente) y DATAI (Instituto de Ciencia de Datos e Inteligencia Artificial), ICS (INSTITUTO DE CULTURA Y SOCIEDAD) y CIN (Centro de Investigación en Nutrición).
La UNAV cuenta con más de 13 500 estudiantes en siete campus: Pamplona, San Sebastián, Madrid, Barcelona, Nueva York, Múnich y São Paulo, y con una amplia red de universidades y centros de investigación internacionales.
UNAV been awarded with the HR Excellence in Research quality seal (HRS4R) that guarantees the implementation of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
The purpose of these grants is to promote the consolidation of the professional careers of national and foreign researchers, so that they can develop their careers within the Spanish Science, Technology and Innovation System (SECTI). They also encourage the creation of permanent positions in the institutions involved and facilitate the start or consolidation of a line of research through the funding of a specific R&D+i project, as well as the adaptation and renovation of facilities and laboratories and the improvement of equipment necessary for its execution.
Preferred research areas: Cancer, Nutrition, Biodiversity, Environment, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Culture, Society, Economy.
Requirements
The University is seeking established and talented research candidates of recognised international standing.
* PhD title
* R3 accreditation or equivalent.
* No links required with the beneficiary institution.
* Must not have benefited from the permanent position creation grant under the Ramón y Cajal program.
* Must not hold a permanent position at the beneficiary institution.
