PWe are looking for an experienced Health Safety professional to lead and coordinate HS activities across Europe and the Middle East within a customer-facing, multi-site environment. The role will focus on developing and implementing health, safety and wellbeing programs across a network of locations and offices, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal standards, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization. /ppThe position will be based in Madrid and will work closely with Operations, HR, Facilities, Security and external partners. /ppKey Responsibilities /ppbHealth Safety /b /pulliDevelop, implement and monitor Health Safety policies and procedures across multiple countries and stores. /liliConduct regular inspections, risk assessments and audits to ensure legal and internal compliance (including general safety, fire safety, ergonomics and psychosocial risks). /liliMonitor regulatory compliance and prepare HS reports and documentation. /liliWork closely with local managers, regional teams, HR and other stakeholders to identify risks and implement corrective actions. /liliDesign and deliver HS training programs, including emergency procedures, safety protocols and injury prevention. /liliMaintain accurate records of incidents, training and HS activities. /liliDevelop and implement emergency response and evacuation plans. /liliOversee incident reporting and accident investigation processes, including root cause analysis. /liliCoordinate occupational health surveillance and wellbeing initiatives. /liliEnsure external contractors and suppliers comply with HS standards. /liliParticipate in employee Health Safety committees where applicable. /liliPromote health, safety and wellbeing awareness campaigns across the organization. /liliStay up to date with HS legislation and industry best practices. /liliAct as the main point of contact for Health Safety matters across the region. /liliLiaise with regulatory authorities and external organizations when required. /li /ulpbMaintenance Coordination /b /pulliHelp implement a consistent maintenance management process across the network, including issue reporting, prioritization, escalation and follow-up. /liliCoordinate with local teams and external service providers to ensure efficient and compliant maintenance services. /liliSupport vendor management to ensure quality, compliance and cost control. /li /ulpbSecurity /b /pulliSupport the implementation of security measures and procedures in coordination with the Security department. /li /ulpKey Requirements /pulliMinimum 5 years of experience in a Health Safety role with regional or multi-site/ stores responsibility. /liliExperience in sectors with customer-facing environments such as retail, hospitality, banking, or similar environments where both employees and customers are present. /liliHealth Safety education and relevant certifications. /liliStrong knowledge of HS regulations and risk assessment methodologies. /liliExperience conducting audits, risk assessments and implementing action plans. /liliExperience delivering HS training programs. /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliAnalytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. /liliAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-country environment. /liliProactive, autonomous and hands-on approach. /liliWillingness to travel across Europe and the Middle East (less than 50%). /liliFluent English required; Spanish and/or French are a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppWe offer the opportunity to join a leading international group, with strong potential for internal career development and a compensation package aligned with the candidate’s experience. /p
