You will act as the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Instructor for the delivery of the German BEST program supporting our Field Technicians as well as delivering training for our internal and external stakeholders.
You will act as the Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) Instructor for the delivery of the German BEST program supporting our Field Technicians as well as delivering training for our internal and external stakeholders.
How you will do it
1. Work with JCI HVAC / IREF products and systems, install and service in the field and customers.
2. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
3. Train colleagues, customers, and partners on JCI Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning and IREF products.
4. Manage learning timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across a spectrum of teams and stakeholders.
5. Work closely with the L&D Leaders to ensure that the learning experience and content are useful and relevant for diverse learning audience(s).
6. Partner with other Program Leads globally to share best practices, collaborate, and drive consistency across the organization, as we work to operationalize our L&D offerings.
7. Help implement metrics and evaluation protocols for learning deliverables in the region.
8. Learn on a day-to-day basis about how our equipment and strategies work to conserve energy and protect our environment.
What we look for
Required
1. Previous experience working with Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems - in any relevant role, technician, engineer, sales engineer, product support or front-line manager.
2. Previous experience working with Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) systems - in any relevant role, technician, engineer, sales engineer, product support or front-line manager.
3. Experience in delivering trainings.
4. Demonstrated interest in training and supporting colleagues to build knowledge and enhance performance.
5. Experience collaborating with instructors, SMEs, learning professionals, product managers, vendors, program managers and stakeholders.
6. Strong writing and communication skills in English language.
7. Ability to travel (up to 50%).
Preferred
1. Fluency in any of the following languages: German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch.
2. Understanding of BMS products and systems, install and service in the field and with customers.
3. Project Management experience to support program management, scheduling, communications, delivery.
4. Previous experience supporting teams who deploy learning across the EMEALA region.
5. Experience working in a multinational organization.
