Architecture decisions, security, team building, technical sales, and taking it from product to market leader.

Founding Engineer:
- 3+ years shipping production software
- Hungry to grow into leadership
For All Roles:
- Strong with backend (Python preferred), databases, cloud infrastructure
- Interested in AI/ML (deep experience not required)
- Excited about ownership and building something meaningful
