Position Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Partner (d/f/m) within the Roche EMEA Recruiting team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the EMEA region, with a specific focus on Spain.
Core Responsibilities
Act as a professional and consultative partner to business leaders on all talent acquisition aspects.
Drive end-to-end recruiting processes, delivering customized talent acquisition strategies and solutions, including active sourcing, talent marketing, selection, candidate experience, and equity & inclusion.
Manage the offer process, creating proposals in accordance with Roche compensation & benefits frameworks, obtaining approvals, extending offers, and negotiating with candidates as needed.
Collaborate closely with People & Culture colleagues and Business Partners to understand business priorities and maintain recruitment confidentiality.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or headhunter, with success in both internal and consulting roles.
Strong background in the Life Science/Tech industry and passion for People & Culture.
Excellent relationship building skills at all organization levels, with a track record of guiding business hiring decisions.
Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
Fluent in English and Spanish; experience in a multinational matrix organization is an asset.
Advanced user of applicant tracking and sourcing tools such as Workday, Phenom People, and LinkedIn.
Location and Work Arrangement
The position is based in Spain at either the Sant Cugat (Barcelona) or Madrid site.
We require onsite presence approximately 40% of the time (around two days per week).
