Responsibilities:
* Review and analyze welding plans, diagrams, and specifications to ensure compliance with standards.
* Perform visual inspections of welds to detect surface defects.
* Utilize non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques such as radiography, ultrasound, magnetic particles, and liquid penetrants.
* Ensure welding procedures are correctly followed and materials meet project specifications.
* Prepare detailed reports on inspection and testing results, documenting any defects and corrective actions taken.
* Supervise the ongoing welding process, ensuring proper use of equipment and adherence to procedures.
* Ensure all welds comply with applicable regulations and standards.
* Identify and record non-conformities, overseeing necessary corrective actions.
Requirements:
* ICS N1 or N2 certification.
* Experience in industry, offshore, or naval sectors.
* Fluent English for international communication.
