Job Description :
The candidate will join the Treasury Department, specifically in the Transactional Treasury area within the General Economic-Financial Direction in Madrid, based at the Headquarters. The headquarters support and oversee the group's global business operations.
This role involves supervising and ensuring the proper functioning of internal treasury processes, with a focus on efficiency, operational risk mitigation, and fraud control. Responsibilities include coordinating and updating internal controls, ensuring compliance with audit processes, and preparing the Group's liquidity forecasts.
Functions :
* Implement and monitor internal control policies.
* Ensure compliance with internal Treasury regulations and implement new control policies as needed.
* Coordinate documentation and monitoring of internal controls.
* Analyze financial results from investments and debt products.
* Coordinate the preparation of cash flow forecasts and variance analysis.
* Support data integrity in cash reports by updating master data.
* Manage bank counterparties and monitor bank statement uploads in the TMS.
* Assist in optimizing the banking pool and monitor banking fees globally.
* Support compliance within the Regulatory Compliance Evidence Framework.
Requirements :
* Degree in Economics, ADE, or similar.
* At least 3 years of experience in similar roles; experience in financial institutions or multinational corporate audit is desirable.
* Proficiency in English (C1 level preferred).
* Knowledge of SAP and Integrity (FIS) is highly valued.
* Organized, capable of managing large volumes of information across multidisciplinary teams.
* Proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented.
