YOUR TASKS:
* Point of contact for our corporate clients regarding questions about our IT applications/systems.
* Receiving incident reports via phone and email.
* Developing error analyses and solutions together with our customers.
* Documenting requirements and incidents in a ticketing system and forwarding complex issues to colleagues in 2nd level support.
* Contributing to increased customer satisfaction and the further development of our customer support within a familial, international team.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
* Education
o Completed training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent technical background.
* Experience
o At least 2 years of professional experience in system integration, ideally within a Service Operation Center environment.
* Technical Skills
o Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, macOS
o Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
o Virtualization: VMware, Hyper‑V
o Cloud: AWS, Azure
o Security: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption technologies
* Certifications (preferred)
o CompTIA Network+
o CompTIA Security+
o Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
o Or comparable certifications
* Soft Skills
o Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
o Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
