Gestión de Recuperación de Activos – Misión
- Crear estrategias de negociación, con el objetivo de recuperar activos sin posesión.
Funciones
- Realizar visitas presenciales a los activos para conocer la situación ocupacional.
- Negociar presencial y telefónicamente con antiguos deudores y ocupantes ilegales.
- Conocer la situación de los ocupantes con el objetivo de determinar la predisposición a entregar la posesión vía judicial y/o amistosa.
- Alcanzar acuerdos amistosos para la entrega voluntaria de la posesión de los inmuebles.
- Proponer estrategias y planes de recuperación de activos.
- Analizar la documentación y elaborar los documentos necesarios para la recuperación de la posesión.
- Gestionar y elaborar informes ocupacionales.
- Implementar las estrategias definidas (impulso judicial, reuniones con organismos públicos, negociación).
Perfil buscado
Conocimientos
- Deseable formación en Derecho, ADE, Graduado social o similar.
- Conocimientos en técnicas de negociación y gestión recuperatoria.
- Conocimientos demostrables en ley hipotecaria y procedimiento precario.
- Nivel intermedio de Microsoft Office.
- Poseer vehículo propio y carnet de conducir en regla.
- Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional.
Habilidades
- Persona comunicativa, empática y con habilidades interpersonales para tener una relación fluida con terceros y otros departamentos.
- Persona proactiva con gran capacidad de gestión, análisis y conocimientos jurídico inmobiliarios.
- Persona comprometida, muy rigurosa, versátil y flexible (gran capacidad de adaptación a los cambios).

What are we looking for?
- Experience : 3‑5 years of experience in transformation projects in asset management or private banking, including business analysis, functional definition, and high‑impact project execution across organizational, operational, and technological domains.
- Education : University degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in financial markets or asset management, and certifications such as EFA, CFA, CAIA, PMP, Scrum Master, are a plus.
- Financial Knowledge : Strong understanding of investment products (e.g., funds, ETFs, pension plans, equities, fixed income) and financial markets, with experience in private banking and asset management.
- Project Management : Experience in managing projects related to business transformation, covering pre‑trade, trade, post‑trade processes, and regulatory compliance (MiFID, PRIIPS, SFDR), with a focus on business plans, gap analysis, and client interaction.
- Technology : Familiarity with Wealth & Asset Management platforms like Aladdin, SimCorp, Murex, is a plus.
- Investment & Regulation Knowledge : Understanding of collective investment processes, asset valuation, fund management, and applicable market regulations.
- Alternative Investments : Knowledge of private equity, infrastructure, venture capital, and real estate is a plus.
- Sustainable Finance : Knowledge of sustainable finance is an advantage.
- Team Leadership : Experience managing and developing teams, supporting their growth within the organization.
- Communication : Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Language Proficiency : Fluent in English (C1 level or above).

- Market Analysis : Conduct market and benchmark analysis within Wealth & Asset Management.
- Client Meetings : Coordinate and lead client meetings, ensuring effective communication across business, technology, and other involved areas.
- Project Management : Oversee end‑to‑end project management, ensuring deadlines, resources, tasks, and action plans are efficiently managed.
- Knowledge Transfer : Consolidate and implement the knowledge gained from projects.
- Team Supervision : Supervise and guide senior and junior consultants, managing their work plans, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and enforcing company standards.

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Workforce Administration Specialist to join our Human Resources (HR) Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate, compliant, and efficient management of employee data and documentation for our Spain and France regions, ensuring adherence to local governmental requirements and global data standards.
The Workforce Administration (WFA) team is fundamental to HR operations, focusing on supporting our employees, enabling HR functions, and maintaining consistent global data standards throughout the employee lifecycle.
Full professional proficiency in English, Spanish and French is a requirement of this position.
Develop and maintain local employee documentation and physical files (including ownership of local termination cases) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and data privacy regulations.
