Overview
As Product Portfolio Engineer, you will play a key role in accelerating product management activities of the Conveyor Components product family and support the Global PLM Modular Team by creating technical content for sales and marketing. The role contributes to project growth and supports the PLM Team in meeting objectives. The successful candidate is expected to evolve through different functional roles within a 2-3 year timeframe.

Requirements Of The Job
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Application Engineering or Product Management roles within a technical and industrial environment, preferably in an international company
* Strong communication and technical knowledge
* Proven experience in mechanical design using SolidWorks/Inventor or similar CAD tools
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Knowledge of plastic parts moulding and extrusion will be a plus
* Proactive, analytical, and problem-solving mindset
* Profound knowledge of BI tools and MS Office
* Ability to travel up to 30%

Accountabilities
* Individual accountabilities: Accountable for the Conveyor Components family including extrusion and machined profiles, curves, leveling feet, support bearing and other conveyor components
* Gap Identification and Market Alignment: Identify missing essential products and initiate new product development to fill gaps;
ensure offering meets specific industry demands
* Rationalization: Decide when to phase out underperforming or obsolete components to focus resources on high-growth or high-revenue products
* Supplier & Partner Management: Manage relationships between manufacturing entities and suppliers to ensure consistent quality and brand standards
* Content Lifecycle & Accessibility: Create and maintain sales and technical materials (catalogues, brochures, presentations, 3D models) and manage websites and internal platforms for universal availability
* Sharing the knowledge: Design and deliver trainings and technical workshops for the organization and customers
