Role Overview
As an Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you’ll act as a trusted advisor for clients starting their journey on the Google Ads platform. From initial account setup through campaign launch and early-stage optimization, you’ll guide advertisers every step of the way—building confidence and setting the foundation for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Portfolio Management:
Oversee a group of new advertisers and ensure a smooth onboarding and activation process.
Strategic Consultation:
Understand client business goals and recommend tailored advertising strategies.
Campaign Execution:
Create and optimize performance-driven PPC campaigns using data and best practices.
Client Coaching:
Support and educate clients through calls, video meetings, and email to help improve campaign results.
Growth Opportunities:
Identify upsell potential by introducing advanced features and encouraging account expansion.
Performance Monitoring:
Track KPIs, analyze trends, and refine strategies to continuously improve outcomes.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and consistent onboarding experience.

Requirements
Language Skills:
Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1 level)
Experience:
Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
