An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a fast-growing digital product engineering company with a general presence in 33 countries and over 19,000 experts.The company builds products, services, and experiences that inspire, excite, and delight.We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to join this global organization.Deliver tailored, end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions that align with client needs, industry best practices, and business objectives.Design end-to-end SAP HXM solutions with a focus on SuccessFactors based on best practices and industry standards.Develop solution architectures, including system integrations, data models, and security designs.Provide guidance and recommendations on SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession Planning.Lead the technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors projects, including configuration, and integration with third-party systems.Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and project teams.Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies.Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with a focus on solution architecture.Proven track record of designing and architecting SAP SuccessFactors solutions for global enterprises.In-depth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration points.B2 level proficiency in German is mandatory.SAP SuccessFactors certifications are desirable.Access to legal assistance and counseling services.Access to e-learning platforms and various training programs.Access to highly skilled experts to bring you the latest in learning and development with training in leadership, technical and personal developmen
