Role Overview
You will help the business get ready for a sale by:
* Building a clear, reliable financial model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
* Preparing scenarios and forecasts for potential buyers.
* Setting up and organising the data room used during due diligence.
* Collecting documents from different departments and ensuring everything is accurate and easy to follow.
* Supporting the finance team, PE owners, and external advisors throughout the process.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience building financial models.
* Good understanding of company financials, KPIs, and forecasting.
* Experience working on an exit, transaction, or due‑diligence project (ideal, not required).
* Comfortable working with Excel and financial data.
