Technical Sales Manager – SpainLocation: Remote, must be based in or near production regions (e.G., Lleida)Reporting to: Country ManagerRole OverviewWe are seeking a commercially driven Technical Sales Manager to develop and manage sales across Spain within the animal nutrition sector. This role requires a strong technical foundation combined with the ability to lead commercial negotiations and close deals independently.You will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers while also delivering revenue growth through strategic account management and new business development.Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow sales of feed additives with feed mills, premix manufacturers and large trading companies- Conduct technical discussions with customers on product applications and performance- Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts- Manage the full sales cycle from technical consultation to commercial closure- Maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders- Provide market feedback to internal teams- Work closely with the Country Manager to execute national sales strategyRequirements- Proven commercial experience in animal nutrition or feed-related markets- Relevant Technical degree (Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary etc.- Ability to combine technical credibility with strong negotiation skills- Fluent Spanish- English proficiency (B1–B2 level minimum)- Strong understanding of feed mill and premix customer needs- Self-driven and comfortable working remotelyCompensation & Benefits- Competitive Base Salary- Annual bonus- Company car
