We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager to act as a first-line compliance partner for our Wealth & Trading business You'll be reviewing and advising on marketing communications and financial promotions across Europe, while partnering closely with Product, Marketing, and other key stakeholders.
Acting as a first-line compliance partner for Wealth & Trading, with a primary focus on marketing communications and financial promotions
Working closely with Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders to explain regulatory requirements and co-create compliant, business-friendly solutions
Supporting product launches by embedding compliance considerations early in the process
Maintaining effective governance processes, policies, and controls related to communications and financial promotions
Taking a pragmatic, collaborative approach to compliance that enables the business while upholding regulatory standards
3+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles within financial services
