The Role :
As the Global Marketing Manager for Genetic Testing Solutions, you will drive the commercial success and global strategy of genetic testing solutions, focusing on marketing programs such as launches, concepts, and campaigns. You will lead both consumer and patient initiatives, collaborating closely with Product Directors and Regional Marketing teams.
You will develop and execute marketing strategies, utilizing strong communication skills, digital expertise, and extensive marketing experience to deliver targeted content globally. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Marketing, you will oversee the design and execution of marketing programs aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and communicate a clear, visionary marketing strategy aligned with the organization’s long-term objectives for genetic testing solutions.
2. Lead the development of value propositions, marketing plans, campaigns, and sales tools on a global scale.
3. Plan and develop an optimal marketing mix, emphasizing digital strategies such as web, email campaigns, webinars, and social media content.
4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on product launches and campaigns, ensuring commercial impact through effective marketing concepts.
5. Work closely with upstream product management to incorporate customer and market insights into product vision and roadmaps.
6. Develop patient marketing concepts and campaigns to ensure strong communication and lead generation from this audience.
7. Monitor campaign and launch effectiveness, implementing continuous improvements.
Who We’re Looking For :
1. Minimum 10 years of experience in regional or global marketing roles.
2. Strong background in marketing and brand management, preferably within the Medical Device sector.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in English both verbally and in writing.
4. Strong leadership and project management abilities, capable of managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects.
5. Willingness to travel approximately 15-20 days annually to market regions and customers.
