The Group is experiencing significant growth driven by its focus on off-site construction methods (OSM) for delivering turnkey projects, reducing on-site construction time to a minimum.
Main functions:
In this essential role, you will work on Water Treatment Technical Information Control across a number of sectors such as Industrial, Medical, Municipal, Pharma and Data Centres. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Managing and maintain organised technical information databases
Track documentation status, numbering and revisions to ensure accuracy
Coordination of information from multiple projects simultaneously
Preparation of project documentation for client approval
Prepare weekly and monthly documentation reports
Maintain regular communication with suppliers and project team members
Identify process improvement to enhance document control efficiency
Qualifications:

Additional qualifications required include:
2-3 year's experience in a similar role
Excellent technical writing and communication skills
Fluent English speaker
Work in a multi-disciplinary team in developing conceptual, feasibility, and final designs for a wide variety of water treatment projects
Strong detail-oriented work style, and an accommodating and proactive attitude
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and MS Project
Procore, ACC, Auto CAD and Revit experience is essential
Experience in the engineering or construction sector is an advantage
