We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager, to join our Business Development division and help us to continue improving people's lives.
As a member of the Sacyr Concesiones development team, the role of the Assistant Project Manager – Project Development (“ APM ”) is to assist with P3 bidding process from a developer/equity investor perspective on P3 social and transportation projects across a wide geographical area.
Assist with negotiating relevant equity teaming and project bidding agreements.
- Help with the development and implementation of project specific bid management plans.
- Develop in consultation with all team members an overall schedule and track project milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with the lead project management team members the development of the bid deliverables from a finance, design, construction, operations, and rehabilitation standpoint.
- Work closely with the legal team in the negotiation of commercial and contractual terms associated with the DBFM Agreement, Design-Build Contract and the Maintenance & Renewal or Facility Management Contracts.
- Work closely with the finance team to secure project financing, including coordination of lenders technical, insurance and legal advisor processes.
- Help develop in consultation with (finance, legal and construction and operations) the Project Co costing for the project.
- Preparing reports on bid progress, project descriptions, commercial activities, market assessment, etc.
- Other ad-hoc work to be performed to support other development activities or activities with the finance, legal or technical groups.
- Degree in civil and industrial engineering required.
- At least 1 year of successful experience in production within the construction industry.
- Working proficiency in Spanish and English.
- A strong commercial understanding of the P3 contractual framework.
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
