DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Identify and qualify potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
* Reach out to prospects through calls, email, and professional networks.
* Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and provide tailored solutions.
* Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
* Work closely with internal teams to align on strategies and achieve shared business goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in both written and verbal.
* 2-5 years of proven success in B2B sales.
* Must have proven experience within UK markets as sales manager, or in a senior sales role.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Ability to establish rapport, build trust, and foster strong client relationships.
