What we Offer: A structured training and development program from day one Direct mentorship from experienced professionals Weekly development meetings and continuous feedback Hands-on exposure to the maritime, trading, and commercial environment The opportunity to grow within a dynamic and international company Your Responsibilities: Monitor a designated region and identify commercial opportunities Research and approach potential clients through daily outreach (including cold calling) Prepare quotations and commercial documentation Coordinate closely with operations to ensure smooth execution of supplies Identify and pursue contract opportunities within your market Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar Fluent in English (additional languages such as Greek or Mandarin are a plus) Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment Willingness to be available when required to support customers Strong winner attitude.
