We are looking for Business Development Manager (for F5) to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Spain.
As a BDM (F5) at Arrow, you will be designated to a specific customer and you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships as well as identifying future opportunities within the business.
You are proactive and easy-going person with knowledge and experience in IT and you are passionate about technology. Additionally, you are self-motivated and business oriented.
Your responsibilities:
1. Working within an assigned account base to grow and develop the business, expanding market share and maximizing Arrow’s share of customer spend.
2. Defining critical markets in the assigned sales territory, utilizing sales methodologies to develop key relationships ensuring a strong foundation for solution selling.
3. Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets in the assigned account base
4. Maintaining and promoting relationships with customer contacts responsible for design opportunities and dealing with existing business challenges.
5. Developing strategic account plans for the assigned accounts.
6. Maintaining an acceptable knowledge on our competitors and the marketplace
7. Taking ownership and managing account issues and complaints within your account base.
8. Prioritizing time on the largest growth opportunities within the account base.
Your profile:
9. Min. 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
10. Self-starter, with a can-do attitude, focused and determined
11. Sales driven with hunter mentality, but customer focused
12. Creative mindset, able to think out-of-the-box, strive for win-win solution selling
13. Well organized and consistently meets commitments
14. Ability to work under pressure
15. Collaborative approach, ability to work as part of a team
16. Technology enthusiast, solid knowledge of IT landscape and current technologies
17. Well-developed interpersonal and communication, problem solving, diplomacy and influencing skills
18. Availability to travel across the country
Your competencies and experience:
19. Proven work experience in business development or account management.
20. Educated to degree level with experience in related business
21. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization,
22. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
23. Strong verbal and written communication skills
24. Fluency in both Spanish and English language is a must
25. Good presentation and analytical skills
26. Knowledge of AI would be a great asset.
