As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering close relationships with customers by actively providing business suggestions and recommendations to enhance their profitability. You will provide customers with information related to Desigual’s products, services, promotions, sales guides (VM, KPIs, Sell-outs tools), marketing actions, and other relevant information to facilitate effective selling through various sales channels, aiming to increase sales and profitability for both the clients' businesses and Desigual.
Master data: Ensure customer master data is accurate and properly maintained by setting up new accounts, updating commercial and financial information, and cancelling existing accounts as needed.

What are we looking for?
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
* Proven experience in account management or similar roles, preferably in fashion or retail.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
* SAP knowledge.
* Excellent verbal and written skills in Italian.
* Effective problem-solving and proactive approach.
Main responsibilities
* Account Management: Manage orders and returns, process and follow-up on customer orders, handle returns, review mismatches, approve discrepancies, and manage invoicing efficiently.
* Collections: Ensure timely invoice payments, follow up on overdue accounts, claim overdue amounts, and obtain guarantees or prepayments before shipments.
* Deliveries: Ensure on-time deliveries and payment fulfillment, issue proformas, and follow up on past dues.
* Promotions and Marketing: Coordinate marketing campaigns for key accounts and communicate Desigual's brand messaging effectively.
* Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, ensure product availability, and collaborate with logistics teams.
* Data Analysis: Maintain accurate account information, match line items, and send reconciliation statements.
* Problem Solving: Address disputes in commercial, financial, or logistic processes, aiming to minimize defaults and maximize overdue collections.
