Medical Science Liaison

Your new role
As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), you will play a critical role in driving Lundbeck’s medical strategy for neurological disorders. You will provide high-quality, tailored scientific support and ensure that healthcare professionals have access to the latest evidence-based information on our products and therapeutic areas.
You will identify and engage with key opinion leaders, support clinical practice improvement, and contribute to initiatives that enhance patient outcomes. In this role, you will operate with scientific integrity, in line with Lundbeck’s values and current regulations, while helping to shape the future of care for patients affected by rare neurological diseases.
Your future team
The Medical & Regulatory team is part of the Lu-Iberia Business Unit, based in Barcelona. You will join a dedicated, science-driven, and collaborative team focused on supporting healthcare professionals and optimizing patient outcomes in complex neurological and psychiatric conditions. This position is based in Barcelona, Spain.
What you bring to the team
We are looking for a candidate with a strong scientific background, solid communication skills, and genuine passion for rare neurological diseases.
You bring:
1. A degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or other relevant life sciences field
2. At least 2 years of experience as an MSL or in a similar scientific role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
3. Experience in rare diseases
4. Experience in neurology or neuroscience will be an asset
5. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and external experts
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clinical insights
7. A proactive and self-driven mindset, with strong ethical standards and teamwork orientation
