Integral eCommerce Analytics Senior Manager
Directs and controls activities within a sub-region or Region. Typically manages ten or more direct reports. Span of Control guidelines may differ from these numbers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Typically hire/manage/develop Expert and Master level ICs to financial performance targets.
Direct/supervise strategic roadmap delivery that can drive value in a growing business.
- Direct/supervise global standardization projects and initiatives.
- Direct/supervise a team that displays responsiveness, agility, and creativity to balance short-term and long-term ROI requirements.
- Direct/supervise the development of breakthrough analyses and frameworks to maximize performance across eCommerce functions.
- Direct/supervise actionable planning and governance.
- Direct/supervise the creation and implementation of new processes, technology requirements and technical innovations to drive continuous improvement of business management systems (BMS).
- Direct/supervise the integration and utilization of innovative solutions and tools.
- Direct/supervise cross-functional evolution and adoption of analytics ecosystem withing the organization.
- Direct/supervise the identification and definition of requirements for IT to enable analytics process improvements that increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Direct/supervise the development of training and research materials and related processes and tools.
**Education and Experience Required**:
- BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years marketing, market research and project management or operational experience.
- Advanced statistics background preferred for analytical positions (advanced degree preferred) in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, or related degree with deep research background for analytics roles.
- Prior experience in managing direct reports.
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Mastery first-hand skills in SQL, Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Python, R.
- Mastery knowledge of analytics principles, practices, tactics, and tools.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce operations.
- Mastery ability to drive global standardization projects and initiatives.
- Strong results in driving team accountability, transformation, and monetary results.
- Excellent Skills in hiring and managing a team to performance targets.
