About the Role:
As a Service Engineer for Mobile Cranes, you are responsible for delivering reliable after-sales technical support within your assigned region. Your objective is to ensure equipment performance, minimize downtime and maintain strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
* Perform commissioning, maintenance and repair of mobile crane equipment.
* Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults and carry out corrective actions.
* Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
* Ensure service work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.
* Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
* Support spare parts and service activities by identifying customer needs during interventions.
* Execute additional assignments according to business requirements.
Profile & Requirements
* Technical diploma in mechanical, electrical or related field
* Proven hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of cranes or heavy construction equipment
* Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage issues independently from diagnosis to final repair
* Solid understanding of mechanical systems with practical knowledge of hydraulic and electrical components
* Ability to work autonomously on site while respecting safety and quality standards
* Organized, reliable and comfortable working in demanding field environments
* Professional communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
* Willingness to travel as required
* Valid driver’s license
* Good command of English
