MISSION:
Are you eager to gain hands-on experience in global logistics and export operations? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact? If you're proactive, energetic, and ready for challenges, consider our Logistics Trainee position.
As a Logistics Trainee, you'll be at the core of our import/export activities, ensuring efficient shipment processes while learning about international logistics in a leading fragrance company.
FUNCTIONS:
* Manage transport operations, coordinating shipments across Europe (road) and globally (sea/air).
* Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, Certificates of Origin, COA, etc., ensuring compliance with international regulations.
* Assist the logistics team with daily tasks like courier orders, label printing, and document processing.
* Collaborate with customers and warehouse teams to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely shipments.
* Handle invoicing procedures, including letters of credit, bank guarantees, and cash against documents.
* Create reports and analyze carrier performance and freight costs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Educational background in International Trade, Supply Chain, International Business, or Business Administration.
* Proficiency in advanced office tools, especially Excel.
* Experience with SAP is a plus but not mandatory.
