As part of this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating digital solutions that enable our operations centers worldwide. You will guide initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring solutions are scalable, aligned with business needs, and delivered efficiently across regions.
Drive alignment between business stakeholders and digital product teamsPlan, coordinate, and monitor feature development across multiple countriesFacilitate requirement-gathering sessions and solution workshopsEnsure clear communication throughout the full lifecycle of digital initiativesTrack feature requests and priorities within a global portfolio frameworkManage interdependencies with other enterprise digital platforms
BackgroundDegree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a comparable disciplineAt least 5 years of experience managing digital projects or technology solutionsHands-on experience working with multidisciplinary and international teamsProfessional fluency in English;
additional languages are a plus
