We are looking for a passionate System Administrator who is eager to contribute value to our team and work on technology projects within a collaborative and international environment.
Responsibilities :
* Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and storage devices.
* Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance tasks.
* Configure and manage user accounts and workstations, maintaining an updated inventory.
* Install, configure, and manage both software and hardware.
* Monitor and resolve technical issues locally and for other companies in the group.
* Ensure system security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
* Analyze, design, and improve physical and virtual infrastructures, ensuring high availability and security.
* Implement and maintain security measures to protect confidential data.
* Develop and update technical documentation and IT policies.
* Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in system technology.
Minimum Requirements :
* A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a System Administrator in complex environments, performing similar functions.
* A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems : Windows Server, Office 365 (email administration, SharePoint, Teams), Active Directory, GPO, and antivirus platforms.
* Experience with hardware : network infrastructure, servers (Nutanix / HP / Lenovo), Meraki firewalls, etc.
* Experience with cloud infrastructures, mainly Azure.
* Knowledge of virtualization in Hyper-V environments.
* Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
* Strong teamwork skills.
* Willingness to travel.
Good to have :
* Knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
* Experience with ERP systems : Microsoft Business Central NAV, Epicor ERP.
* Experience with Power BI.
* Experience with ticket management systems like Kaseya VSA.
