What will you do?
1. Engage with regional clients to understand their needs and provide tailored Google Ads solutions
2. Manage a high volume of accounts while delivering exceptional service and sales support
3. Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client persuasion
4. Work towards KPIs and performance targets, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations
5. Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and business priorities
6. Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
7. Provide excellent customer service, resolving inquiries and concerns efficiently
Candidate profile
8. C2 level of German and C1 level of English, both written and spoken
9. Minimum 2 years of sales experience with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
10. Experience in creating digital marketing strategies for various business sizes
11. BA/BS degree required;
advanced degree or certification is an advantage
12. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
13. Strong resilience and ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
14. Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on customer retention and value
15. Strong understanding of the German market and digital ecosystem
16. Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy practices
17. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
