Track record of successful pharma/biotech patient/community marketing with an understanding of expense budget planning and tracking.
e‐Marketing: ability to translate brand objectives into e‐tactical plan; in-depth understanding of digital media.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in marketing positions.
Minimum 3 years in product marketing or advertising focused on consumers or patients, preferably in HIV.
A Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields is required.
An MBA degree or equivalent is preferred.
Advanced experience with product lifecycle management is preferred.
An advanced science degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) or an advanced business degree (MBA) is desirable.
Extensive knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical product life cycle management in a variety of therapeutic areas preferred.
Prior people management experience strongly preferred.
Expertise in prior roles with advocacy, community, and national health systems and services is preferred.
Must have experience in developing, reporting, and communicating HCP e‐Marketing metrics.
Must have experience executing and measuring key e‐Marketing tactics including websites, SEO/SEM, web‐based detailing, email campaigns, podcasts, and digital media.
Experience with social media a plus.
