Your main responsibilities: 
- Search and seek for new publishers on a daily basis 
- Investigate and analyze in depth the sources of traffic with an approach focused on CPM 
- Negotiate new agreements with digital media 
- Cultivate relationships with publishers and provide them with solutions to their advertising monetization goals 
- Responsible of communicating with your publishers on a regular basis to maximize their profitability 
- Monitor and daily optimization of each account's KPI's 
- Regular reporting to clearly communicate performance to your team leader 
About you: 
- Advanced in English 
- Fluent in Spanish 
- Excellent leadership & communication skills 
- Ambitious and team player attitude 
- Excellent time management 
- Objective driven 
- Ability to negotiate and keep an optimistic mindset 
- Microsoft Excel knowledge 
- Ability to work full time at the office 
- Willingness to travel, attending event and meetings with other account managers and affiliates in order to get new publishers
