The specialist will support the team in the day-to-day operations of marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on organizing assets, managing tools like our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, and helping with catalogs and fair preparations.
To achieve this goal, your functions will be the following:
* Support the Marketing Communications Manager on the development of global marketing campaigns.
* Manage and organize marketing assets (images, videos, texts) in our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring everything is correctly named, tagged, and accessible.
* Support the preparation of marketing materials for catalogs, fairs, and product launches.
* Coordinate asset sharing and updates with internal teams and external partners.
* Assist with localization needs, collecting translations and feedback from local markets.
The knowledge you should bring to Jumbo Group to take our services to the next level is:
* 1–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, production or similar role.
* Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail.
* Eager to learn and take on both repetitive tasks and new challenges.
* Comfortable managing multiple requests and keeping track of timelines.
* Excellent writing and oral expression in English and Spanish.
* Familiarity with DAM systems.
* Basic knowledge inAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
