Business Development Manager – Hunting and Outdoor Market
The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of hunting and basic experience in electronics. A licensed hunter is highly preferred. The main responsibility is to develop the hunting market by establishing and maintaining relationships with Distributors, Dealer Shops, and End Users.Key attributes include:
Strong business senseHunting experienceActive social media user (Instagram/Facebook) with a large followingExperience in retail and store managementIntegrity, trustworthiness, honesty, enthusiasm, and responsibilityProficiency in EnglishExcellent communication and negotiation skillsResponsibilities include:
Developing the hunting market through dealer/shop visits, brand promotion, display instructions, events, relationship building, market research, and surveysIdentifying business opportunities and growth pointsAddressing dealer and end-user pain points and support needsPresenting solutions to potential customersSupporting marketing activities at trade shows and eventsCollaborating with regional sales teamsEngaging with associations and interest groupsAssisting consultants in project specificationsPositioning HikMicro as the preferred product among consultantsPreparing reports for managementCandidate profile:
Proven negotiation skills at the corporate levelOpen-mindedness to working in a multicultural environmentSelf-driven and ambitiousStrong English communication skills, both oral and writtenExperience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
