Global Supply Planning – Role Context Within the Supply Chain function sit our Planning teams. With a population of over 300 people, these teams form a Global Hub covering a multitude of Planning areas where best practices are shared in a centralized and standardized way to deliver industry-leading service at the best cost and the right level of inventory. The Global Supply Planning team ensures products are made and delivered to the right distribution centers on time and in full, balancing service, inventory, cost, and sustainability to deliver the Company’s revenue and cash flow objectives.
Responsibilities OMP planning system: Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling; act as the business-facing OMP BPX to drive standardization and improvements in how OMP is used for production planning and detailed scheduling. Manage system improvements via change management and UAT; drive standard usage of the tool.
E2E planning system: Coty is deploying a multiyear End-to-End planning system. The BPX will partner with outside resources to design the system, translate current gaps and desired capabilities to external partners, and lead testing and deployment across the organization. Ensure the E2E planning system design meets the target requirements.
Coty Data Lake architecture: Concurrent with the E2E journey, support transforming the data structure using Microsoft Databricks to bring data from multiple systems into the cloud and ingest multiple data streams including OMP.
Continuous improvement: Lead development and improvement of processes and tools using analytical and problem-solving skills; foster a culture of continuous improvement and lead implementation with the team. Own and drive root cause analysis processes and coach the team.
Project management: Define projects for team members, provide strategic input, represent Planning initiatives in leadership forums, and lead projects to successful delivery through collaborative working relationships.
People and culture: Create a kind, inclusive environment; lead and develop the team; lead and deliver change.
Your Profile Planning mastery: strong understanding of key systems (e.g., SAP, JDA, OMP, Power BI) with experience in Supply Planning and end-to-end Supply Chain, with focus on Production Planning and Scheduling. Experience as an OMP consultant is a plus.
Programming knowledge: SQL, DAX.
Effective communication and influencing skills at mid-management level; experience leading a department and developing a team.
Ability to lead and deliver change and create short- to medium-term operational strategies.
Relationship building with mid-management professionals; delivering KPIs, individually and through teams.
Experience with large-scale project management and priority setting.
