About the role
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic Sales & Operations team in Barcelona. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming data into actionable insights through reporting, analytics, and dashboard development. Your work will directly support strategic decision-making and help drive overall business performance.
Your responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
* Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights for the business.
* Automate reporting processes and ensure data accuracy across systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting needs.
* Support decision-making through data visualization and trend analysis.
* Ensure timely delivery of monthly and quarterly performance reports.
The experience we're looking for
* Degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, or similar.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
* Strong knowledge of Power BI, Artificial Intelligence (AI), advanced Excel, and SQL.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive attitude, eager to learn, and passionate about reporting and BI.
* English level: Intermediate or higher.
