Human Resources and Office Administration Schedule:
* Manage all HR-related matters concerning maintenance operations in northern Spain.
* Manage recruitment processes and assist with payroll and tax compliance.
* Administer all HR-related matters in accordance with Spanish regulations.
* Report to the Project Manager and General Manager.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
* Relevant qualifications at diploma level or higher in Human Resources from a Spanish institute.
* Thorough understanding of labour laws, tax laws, and regulations related to Spain and the EU.
* Willingness to work in a dynamic and evolving environment with a focus on teamwork.
Preferred:
* Previous aerospace experience in Spain.
