We are looking for a Creative Director who will lead this Creative Factory.
This is not a traditional brand role. This is a role for someone who understands that the future of creative production is AI-first, fast, experimental, and deeply product-driven.
You will lead a team focused on AI video creation, visual storytelling, copywriting, and creative experimentation, producing content that explains the product, drives acquisition, and shapes the Memorae brand.
Your work will directly influence how millions of people understand what Memorae does.
The Role
The Creative Director will be responsible for designing and operating the Memorae Creative Factory, a system that continuously produces high-quality creative output across multiple channels and formats.
This includes:
• AI-generated videos
• Product storytelling videos
• Paid acquisition creative
• Social storytelling content
• Product explainers
• Brand narrative assets
• Creative experiments for growth
You will manage a team of designers, AI video creators, editors, and creative producers while maintaining direct involvement in the conceptual and strategic layer of the work.
The objective is not simply to produce content.
The objective is to create creative systems that scale.
Core Responsibilities
* Lead the Memorae Creative Factory: Design and manage the internal system that produces creative assets at scale. This includes defining workflows, production pipelines, creative standards, and the velocity of output required to support product growth and marketing.
* AI Video Creation Leadership: Lead the development of an AI-first video production capability. This includes working with emerging tools, designing workflows around generative video, and producing content that would traditionally require large production teams.
* Creative Strategy & Storytelling: Develop clear narratives that explain the Memorae product in ways that are simple, memorable, and compelling. The product solves a real cognitive problem: fragmented memory across apps and systems. Your role is to translate that into creative stories that resonate instantly.
* Creative Experimentation: Work closely with the Growth team to design creative experiments that test messaging, visual approaches, and storytelling frameworks. The Creative Factory must be able to produce and iterate rapidly.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of creatives including AI video creators, motion designers, editors, and visual storytellers. Build a culture of high standards, fast iteration, and creative excellence.
* Creative Systems : Develop scalable creative workflows that allow Memorae to produce a high volume of high-quality creative output without sacrificing originality or clarity.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who combines creative intelligence with execution speed.
You should be comfortable moving between creative concept development, hands-on experimentation with AI tools, and managing a team that produces work at scale.
You likely have experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Creative Direction
• Video Production
• AI-generated media
• Growth creative
• Advertising storytelling
• Product storytelling
• Creative systems design
However, traditional backgrounds are less important than creative capability and speed of thinking.
The ideal candidate is someone who:
• Understands the future of AI-driven creative production

• Can translate complex ideas into simple creative concepts
• Has strong copywriting instincts
• Can lead teams while maintaining high creative standards
• Is comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment

Location
The role is based in Andorra.
However, we support a hybrid structure for candidates based in Barcelona, with the expectation of being physically present in Andorra at least two to three times per month.
