Business Analyst for Partnerships & B2B Sales
Country: Spain
Overview: Santander Consumer Finance focuses on business development related to consumer finance products, sales channels, and commercial agreements with dealers, vehicle manufacturers, or retail distribution establishments. We also focus on direct sales through branches, call centers, or digital channels, as well as indirect sales through third parties.
Responsibilities:
* Identify, negotiate, and onboard global partnership opportunities in Payment Service Providers, Ecommerce - PayTech, Aggregators, Large Corporates, focusing on onboarding for Consumer Credit product offerings and revenue maximization.
* Manage business P&L and revenue generation, and develop digital partnerships.
* Collaborate with Farming and Product teams to integrate PSPs, expand use cases, and develop products to solve merchant problems.
* Make pitches and secure opportunities with potential partners, maintaining key relationships.
* Manage the customer journey, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
* Use data analytics to make informed business decisions, predict risks, and reduce business risks.
Experience:
* At least 5 years in consultative sales, solutions sales, or digital partnerships within Ecommerce, BFSI, Fintech, or Payment gateways.
* Proven record of exponential business growth, strategic alliances, and product management.
* Knowledge of digital sales processes, including ecommerce best practices, EDI, web services, and complex pricing models.
* Experience managing small to mid-sized teams and engaging with internal product and IT teams.
* Experience in fast-paced operational environments and leading complex projects.
* Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
Skills & Knowledge:
* Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
Additional Information:
* Travel: 0-25%
* International experience preferred.
