Main Goals
Influence customers to develop the contact lens category by generating new users.
* Chain the mindset of ECPs and owners to be more proactive about contact lenses.
* Understand and execute JBP in KAs.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business opportunities and influence customers to change their mindset from passive to proactive.
* Understand the needs and particularities of every channel, including independent businesses, buying groups, and chains.
* Develop the contact lens category using customer journey, POS, data base, and organizing trainings for customers.
* Execute JBP defined for each KA and build the Misight category.
* Teach and encourage ECPs to improve the lives of children.
* Cover the coverage plan designed for each area according to customer segmentation.
* Follow the sales process and develop good relationships with customers.
* Negotiate price increases when required and give value to the team.
* Understand CooperVision programs and use them effectively.
* Complete all reporting and administrative duties.
