Business Development Manager (Spain)
You will play a key role in expanding our reach by leveraging your network to build new sales partnerships across the region. Collaborate with world-leading experts to develop innovative solutions that address real-world challenges.
This is a hybrid opportunity working from our site in San Sebastian, Spain.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive product sales activities for new and renewal business to achieve or exceed revenue objectives.
* Partner with field and enterprise sales teams to develop and execute strategies that drive product revenue.
* Contribute to all stages of the sales process, including lead generation and account management.
* Facilitate communication between sales, technical, and marketing teams to share product capabilities, success stories, and winning strategies.
* Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business.
* Represent the company at industry events and conventions.
* Create and deliver advanced solution presentations that match customer needs using our products and services.
* Coordinate technical support for demos, PoCs, evaluations, and training.
* Collaborate with team members to develop clear proposals, quotations, and value propositions.
* Provide client feedback to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
* A proven track record of sourcing and closing six-figure new logo deals within a given territory.
* Masters degree in sciences or engineering.
* 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, with a focus on technology applications.
* Experience selling AI products.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with distributed global teams.
* Native Spanish speaker.
